RESIDENTIAL PARK MAINTENANCE & GROUNDS TEAM MEMBER

Residential Park | Woolacombe | Permanent | Full Time

Salary: £28K

Hours: Full Time | Permanent

Accommodation available

Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.00pm weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Be part of the team for the daily operations of the Maintenance Team
• Assist with any Maintenance & Development issues on the Parks
• Assist with the upkeep of all communal ground or areas of the Parks to a good standard
• To assist with any out of hours emergency if required
• To assist with any Park Home or Caravan movements
• To assist with the siting and commissioning requirements, within your skill sets
• To carry out any repairs, maintenance or development required within your skill sets, on Park

Mandatory Responsibilities

• To attend all training as identified by the company in relation to the role.

ISO Representatives

• To attend ISO Representatives Meetings, be available for Auditing and to ensure the smooth running of the QMS.

Managers regarding Health & Safety

To develop and implement Health & Safety procedures that comply with up-to-date legislation and ensure the same are clearly communicated, effectively monitored and regularly reviewed.

Education & Qualifications

Essential:

• None specified

Desirable:

• Site or General Grounds Maintenance qualification
• Machinery or vehicle licences related to grounds or maintenance work

Experience

Essential:

• Working in grounds, building, or development maintenance
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Desirable:

• Experience within the caravan, residential park home, or leisure park industry

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
• Ability to work as part of a team or supervise a team
• Strong skills with confidence in own work
• Knowledge of best practice and Health & Safety policies within a caravan or residential park environment

Other Requirements

• Valid driving licence
• Ability to travel within the Herefordshire area or as required by the company
