Customer Care Advisor

Location: Donnington Wood – TelfordSalary: £26,227.50K per annumMon-Fri 9am-5.30pmFull time – Permanent Office Based Role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with the highest level of customer experience.
  • Work to deadlines while maintaining quality customer service.
  • Update and maintain customer records on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide support to sales teams – both field‑based and inside sales.
  • Promote products on call in line with relevant promotional activity.

Qualifications and skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate your message and build trust with customers and colleagues.
  • High telephone manner and customer rapport skills to deliver the best customer care experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and achieve common goals.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer literate (SAP experience desirable).
