Bisley Removals & Storage is a long-established removals and storage company operating since 1985. With a busy team of 20 and a strong reputation across Surrey, we are continuing to grow.
We are now looking for an experienced Removals Team Leader to join our professional team.
This is not an entry-level role. We require someone confident in running jobs independently and leading a small team of packers and porters.
*The Role*
* Leading and organising domestic and commercial removals* Managing and motivating a small team on-site* Providing excellent customer service* Safe loading, securing and transport of goods* Completing paperwork and job documentation* Representing the company professionally at all times
*Essential Requirements*
* Proven removals industry experience* Ability to run a job from start to finish* Strong leadership and communication skills* Must live locally (ideally within 5–10 miles of Bisley)* Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)* Physically fit and reliable
HGV licence advantageous but not essential.
*What We Offer*
* £30,000 – £36,000 earning potential (depending on experience)* 40 hours per week with optional evening and weekend overtime* Optional overnight work available on long-distance moves* Stable employment within a respected established business* Friendly, professional team environment
