In-House Funds Counsel — Private Markets & Credit Funds

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its London-based legal team. This broad role involves advising on private funds and asset management activities, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Ideal candidates are qualified lawyers with 2-6 years PQE in funds/asset management. Strong private funds documentation skills, along with familiarity with regulatory issues, will be essential for this role.
