Responsibilities
- Filing at regular intervals
- Support fee earners with administrative tasks and action work as delegated by the team supervisor
- Provide telephone support and deal with client queries in the absence of fee earners
- Open new instructions accurately and within service standards
- File closing
- Complete all allocated tasks within the required timeframe and to the required level of accuracy
- Maintain effective record keeping
- Use effective telephone communication skillsPay good attention to detail
- Stay client focused
