Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to work in Didcot, OX11 7PL as part of GXO Logistics. The role is physically demanding, involving loading/unloading trailers, tray washing, baling, keeping the warehouse clean and tidy, operating conveyors, and maintaining clear gangways and litter removal.
Shift & Hours
- Day shift: 6am‑6pm / 7am‑6pm / 8am‑6pm
- Night shift: 6pm‑6am / 7pm‑6am / 8pm‑6am
- Maximum 4 shifts per week, no overtime
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers
- Wash trays and perform baling operations
- Operate conveyors safely and in compliance with health and safety guidance
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, clear gangways, and remove litter
- Perform other duties as required by the warehouse operative role
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Physical fitness and stamina for front‑end loading tasks

Pay rates:
- Rotating shift (4 on / 4 off days and nights)
- Pre‑parity (before 12 weeks of service): £12.95 per hour
- Post‑parity (after 12 weeks of service): £13.64 per hour
- Days only (post‑parity): £12.71 per hour
- Nights only (post‑parity): £12.85 per hour
