Job Description:
- Lead requirements gathering and process mapping workshops across finance, supply chain, and operations to define business needs for the IFS Cloud implementation
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with IFS Cloud capabilities and best practices
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Drive data migration, validation, and cleansing activities to ensure accurate transition from legacy systems into IFS Cloud
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management to ensure successful adoption across the organisation
- Provide ongoing post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
