The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a broad and varied role. Your practice will include working on:
- Advising owner managed businesses and SMEs on company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
- Some corporate finance experience / working closely with commercial real estate type clients would be an advantage.
- Some management experience would be of benefit.
