£40,000‑£46,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

We are looking for a time‑served electrician with project supervision experience to transition into a Project Engineering role, moving off the tools and into end‑to‑end project delivery in the commercial solar sector.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of commercial solar projects, from pre‑start through to completion, ensuring safety, timeliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of commercial solar projects.
  • Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Conduct site visits and support on‑site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Time‑served electrician with project supervision experience.
  • Strong ambitions to progress into a Project Engineering role.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous experience in the electrical or construction sector.
  • Ex‑forces encouraged to apply.
