What You’ll Be Working On:️ Conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of target audiences️ Designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for web and mobile applications️ Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives️ Iterating designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics️ Ensuring a consistent and cohesive design system across all digital platforms️ Applying best practices in accessibility and usability to ensure an inclusive user experience️ Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies
What We’re Looking For:️ Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and final products️ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and usability️ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar️ Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., InVision, Axure, Marvel)️ Knowledge of front-end development and an understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams️ A degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred️ Relevant certifications in UX/UI design or related areas are a plus
