Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fire Protection Engineer based in North Cornelly. The engineer will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and maintaining a variety of fire protection, fire extinguishers fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire risk assessments, signage. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and reviewing building designs for fire safety compliance. The engineer will also collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored safety solutions and provide technical expertise to enhance fire protection systems and protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Fire Protection Engineering and Life Safety practices
- servicing fire extinguishers emergency lighting, fire risk assessments, signage
- Experience in Fire Safety procedures and Safety Engineering principles
- Thorough understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance requirementsEffective project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members
- Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in fire extinguishers and or fire alarm systems are a strong advantage
