Job Description:
We are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work across a Public Sector contract working for a large energy and maintenance company based in Woking and the surrounding area. Our client works within the Housing Sector, Public Sector, Energy, Property Development and Sustainability The successful candidate will cover Woking and the surrounding area and will be provided with your very own van and fuel card to ensure your travel to each job.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
- Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building services
- Carry out all reactive breakdowns and services.
- Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair
- Undertake any other tasks that may arise from time to time
- General Electrical repairs
- Emergency lighting systems
- BMS
- Plant room dutiesNVQ level 2/ 3 or equivalent Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition (Desirable)
- Good knowledge of building services
- Experience of engineering services maintenance
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
- Plantroom experience is desirable
