Archer Recruitment is working with a well-established, independent construction consultancy to appoint a Chartered Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor for their London office.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take ownership of key client relationships and lead the delivery of large-scale residential schemes.
The role offers significant responsibility from the outset, including oversight of a major client account and involvement in complex residential developments.
The successful candidate will join a highly respected consultancy environment with a strong pipeline of work and a clear pathway for further career progression, including the potential to progress to Partner level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial delivery of large-scale residential developments
- Manage and grow a key client account
- Provide strategic cost management and commercial advice across project lifecycles
- Lead project teams and mentor junior surveyors
- Maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives
Requirements
- MRICS qualification is essential
- Strong background within a construction consultancy environment
- Proven experience delivering residential development projects
- Stable employment history demonstrating progression and leadership capability
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
