We’re working with an ambitious, AI-driven fintech that partners with leading banks and trading organisations. They’re seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to play a key hands-on role in building, evolving, and supporting their cloud-native infrastructure whilst leading a tight-knit, highly capable team of 4 engineers.
You’ll be architecting and deploying microservices-based solutions across AWS, EKS, Terraform, and a wider modern cloud ecosystem. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of the platform as the business grows, taking ownership across design, delivery, and operational excellence.
They’re looking for someone who remains highly hands-on, has strong experience within AI-focused technology environments, and has led teams and initiatives across complex, data-intensive platforms in a fast-paced fintech setting.
