The Role
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational performance of the Pimlico brand. You’ll align teams, optimise processes, and drive commercial growth while maintaining the premium service standards the brand is known for.
This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for a commercially minded operator who thrives in fast-paced service environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational delivery across service, HR, IT, H&S, transport and facilities
- Translate strategy into operational execution and measurable performance
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the business
- Deliver key projects including the development of a new premium showroom
- Work closely with leadership and franchise partners to deliver growth
- Monitor performance, manage budgets and drive profitability
- Lead, coach and develop teams to deliver operational excellence
About You
- Senior leadership experience as a General Manager / Operations Director
- Background in facilities management, building services or multi-site service operations preferred
- Strong xwzovoh commercial and financial acumen
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent people skills
- Proven ability to drive operational improvement and growth
