Associate Director – Insurance Corporate Governance
Compliance Analyst opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer. You will play a key role in supporting compliance activities across operations in the UK and Malta, helping to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory obligations in both jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory developments (FCA, PRA & MFSA) and assess business impact.
- Support regulatory filings, compliance reporting, and correspondence.
- Maintain compliance registers (breaches, conflicts, gifts & hospitality).
- Assist governance meetings (packs, minutes, action tracking).
- Contribute to compliance monitoring via testing and reviews.
- Compile documentation for audits and inspections.
- Support compliance training and staff queries.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams on compliance frameworks.
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years’ compliance experience in insurance/financial services.
- Strong knowledge of UK and/or Malta regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and risk prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
