About this Role

You’ll oversee HR processes, office operations and safeguarding compliance, working closely with the Principal, Trust People Team and colleagues across the Academy.

This role will include overseeing the daily administration of the academy office, line managing, training and developing the administration team, managing all office and administrative operations within the Academy, managing Human Resources and People processes including recruitment, payroll and sickness absence administration, and providing assistance to the principal and the academy’s leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Be enthusiastic, motivated, focused, professional, personable and resilient.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have an ability to organise and prioritise your work, working to deadlines.
  • Be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and Management Information Systems (e.g. Arbor, SAMPeople). Minute taking experience is desirable but training can be provided.
  • Be able to work successfully with a range of people, including the wider school community.
  • Promote the vision and values of Authentic Education at all times.
