Our client, a well‑established and highly regarded consultancy based in Gloucestershire, Stonehouse, has an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full‑time, permanent basis due to continued business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a management role within a fast‑paced administrative or customer service environment
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and CRM/ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A proactive, analytical approach with strong problem‑solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of administrative staff
- Overseeing day‑to‑day operations including order processing and customer service delivery
- Managing CRM/ERP systems, quotations and the full order lifecycle from enquiry through to completion
- Producing and analysing performance reports, forecasts and business insights for senior leadership
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, resolving complex queries and supporting long‑term relationships
Our client is offering the successful Operations Manager a salary in the region of £35,000 – £45,000, plus benefits including 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) and the opportunity to play a key role in a growing, forward‑thinking organisation.
