Creative Content Creator – Marketing and Business Development
The role in brief:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing and Business Development team as a Content Creator. This role involves delivering high-quality creative outputs across graphic design, social media, videoproductionand photography.

As our Creative Content Creator, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through high‑quality design, video, and digital content that enhances how we communicate with clients, colleagues and the wider market.
You’ll be central to maintaining a consistent, modern and engaging visual presence — from client proposals and service line collateral, to social media campaigns and video storytelling. This role is ideal for someone with strong creative capability who wants to apply their skills in a professional services environment, contributing to firm‑wide initiatives and helping us stand out in a competitive sector.
You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, providing creative leadership, advising on best practice, and ensuring our design output reflects the high standards, values and ambition of PM+M. It’s a great next step for someone who is confident working across multiple creative formats and is looking for a role where their work will have visibility, impact and variety every day.
