Do you want to work for a leading manufacturer, part of a multi-billion‑pound global group, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. They are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to provide solutions and solve problems on all the sites electrical & automation systems.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Dealing with complex electrical & electronic breakdowns and repairs
• Working on various automation & controls, HMI’s, production & packaging machinery
• PLC – electrical fault finding, troubleshooting & modifications to existing code
• Fault finding & interrogation of circuits, variable speed drives, AC drives, control panels, inverters
• Electrical isolation, safety and LOTO
• Upgrade projects – installation, testing, inspection & commissioning

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Must be an experienced electrical / electronics engineer
• Knowledge of electrical safety, isolation and LOTO procedures
• PLC – electrical fault finding, troubleshooting & modifications – Siemens
• NVQ Level 3 or higher in electrical or electronic engineering
• Ideally have completed a time‑served apprenticeship
• Must have worked in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment previously
• Able to read and interpret electrical & control schematics
• Worked on circuits, inverters, instrumentation, control panels, variable speed drives, HMI’s
