Are you an experience Workshop Service Engineer?
Our client based in West Bromwich is seeking a Workshop Service Engineer to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday8.00am – 4.30pm.
Responsibilities As Workshop Service Engineer, you will:
- Work in a busy workshop environment
- Problem solving and mechanical and electrical fault finding on construction machinery / plant machinery.
- Servicing and repairing of equipment.
- Pre delivery inspections: Checking new machines, fixing attachments, checking tyres, oil levels, etc.
- Yard duties: checking in of machines, unloading lorries, maintaining a clean and tidy workshop.
Skills required To be considered for the role of Workshop Service Engineer, you will have:
- At least 12 months recent experience in a similar role
- Servicing and repair experience of construction machinery / plant machinery or similar
- You will enjoy working as part of a team
- You will have excellent communication skills, be hard working and reliable.
Own transport required.
