*Who we’re looking for?*
We need someone with a few years of experience in business analysis or performance management who:
* Has strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to approach challenges analytically.* Can translate data into insights and insights into action, driving measurable business improvements.* Understands end-to-end business processes and can identify opportunities for optimisation, especially in partner onboarding and sales journeys.* Works well with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, marketing, product, and tech.* Is comfortable working with data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).* Can manage or support projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and in scope.* Communicates clearly, turning complex findings into simple recommendations stakeholders can act on.* Can take ownership of tasks and influence business performance direction.* Has an eye for detail but also the ability to step back and see the bigger picture.
_Desirable: Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high-growth environment. Familiarity with project management methods (Agile/Waterfall) and process improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma)._
*What you’ll be doing*
* Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.* Support and lead projects that improve partner journeys, onboarding processes, and overall profitability.* Work closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver solutions.* Build dashboards, reports, and models to track KPIs and measure success.* Identify and document business processes, recommending improvements and innovations.* Help translate strategy into execution by providing the fact base for decision-making.* Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.* Stay ahead of trends in business analytics and bring fresh ideas to the table.
