Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:00–15:00 | Friday 06:00–11:00 Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent
We are recruiting Production Operatives for one of the UK’s leading manufacturers based in Clevedon. This is a hands-on role within a skilled production team, assembling and finishing high-quality products that are sold across the country.
No manufacturing experience is needed – full training is provided from day one.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assembling and finishing products using hand tools and power tools
- Following assembly instructions and job specifications
- Carrying out quality checks to maintain production standards
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
What we need from you:
- Own transport (essential – site not accessible by public transport at these hours)
- Reliable and punctual
- Happy to work with your hands and learn new skills
- Some experience with tools is useful but not essential
