The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager with proven TikTok Shop experience to lead a portfolio of high-growth e-commerce brands.
This is a strategic, commercial and client servicing role. You will own performance across accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure best-in-class delivery across all areas of the platform.
You will also play a key role internally, helping shape strategy, improve processes, and elevate overall client performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Ownership
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of TikTok Shop clients
- Develop and lead topline growth strategies aligned to revenue targets
- Identify opportunities across:
-Creator & affiliate strategy
-TikTok Live scaling
-Content performance
-Paid amplification
Client Leadership
- Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, not just a point of contact
- Lead high-level conversations around growth, performance, and investment
- Confidently manage expectations and challenge clients when needed
- Deliver clear, commercially-focused reporting and insights
Performance & Commercial Focus
- Own account performance against revenue and profitability targets
- Analyse data across TikTok Shop, creators, and paid channels
- Continuously optimise strategies to improve ROI and scale efficiently
- Ensure margin is protected while driving growth
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with internal teams across:
-Creator & Affiliate
-TikTok Live
-Content & Creative
-Paid Media
- Ensure all teams are aligned on strategy, priorities, and outputs
- Hold teams accountable for delivery and performance
Process & Team Contribution
- Contribute to improving internal processes and account management standards
- Support team members where needed
- Help shape how we scale accounts across the agency
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4+ years experience in account management or performance marketing
- Hands-on TikTok Shop experience is essential
- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands via TikTok
- Understanding of:
-Creator / affiliate ecosystems
-TikTok Live selling
-Content that converts
-Paid media fundamentals
- Commercial mindset – focused on revenue, margin, and growth
- Confident communicator, able to lead senior client conversations
- Strong organisational and project management skills
