This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, late‑night environment and is ready to help elevate an already successful venue.
About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you’ll be a key operational leader within the business, supporting the General Manager and ensuring the venue runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. You’ll bring strong people skills, a passion for nightlife, and the ability to inspire a large and diverse team.

Is an exceptional operator with a hands‑on approachHas proven experience managing and motivating large teamsBrings confidence in training staff and supporting drinks developmentHas a sharp eye for detail and a natural drive for continuous improvementThrives in a dynamic, late‑night setting
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
Supporting the General Manager across all areas of the businessWorking closely with the marketing team and external promotersReviewing, maintaining, and improving venue standardsLeading, coaching, and managing a large teamEnsuring exceptional guest experience at xwzovoh all times
What We’re Looking For
Hospitality experience is essentialExperience in a late‑night venue is strongly preferredA confident leader with excellent communication skillsSomeone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about nightlifeFlexibility to work late nights and weekends as required
