Job Description:

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to lead analysis and consulting for travel product and program technologies. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth system migrations, maintain high data quality standards, and drive operational excellence across platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage incident resolution with timely communication, ensuring adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreements)Perform critical issue analysis and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiativesAssess issue severity based on business impact and prioritize accordinglySupport and lead large-scale migration projects within the travel technology ecosystemCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve migration and system challengesParticipate in system development, testing, and implementation processesEnsure overall success and stability of migration programs

Data Management & Governance:Standardize, de-duplicate, and enrich data to maintain a single source of truthEnforce data governance policies, rules, and procedures to ensure data integrityAnalyze and improve master data processes through process mapping and optimization

Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s Degree in a relevant fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insightsExperience with Master Data Management tools (e.g., Ataccama ONE or similar platforms preferred)Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, scripting/macros)Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or KNIMEUnderstanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Experience with process modeling tools like Visio, Draw.io, or similarAbility to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes from reported symptomsData-driven mindset with experience in reporting and metrics analysisExcellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of experience in business travel industryStrong understanding of both online and traditional travel operations
