The Opportunity
A leading national law firm is looking to add a junior solicitor to its residential development team. This is a great chance for someone at NQ to 3 years PQE who wants to build their career working with major housebuilders and developers on high value, complex land projects.
The role offers genuine variety. You will be handling land acquisitions, disposals, collaboration agreements, strategic development work and regeneration projects. You will get proper client contact from day one and work alongside highly experienced lawyers who are known for developing junior talent quickly.
What They Are Looking For
- A qualified solicitor (or soon to qualify) with up to 3 years PQE
- Experience in residential or commercial development is ideal, but strong property experience and a real interest in development will be considered
- Someone commercially minded, detail driven and confident working directly with clients
- A team player with the ambition to develop their expertise in a busy, high performing team
