NQ Residential Property Solicitor

Location: Central London

Type: Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid Working

Eclectic Recruitment is delighted to be working with a progressive and dynamic law firm based in Central London, currently seeking an NQ Residential Property Solicitor to join their established property team.

The Role

This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor with prior residential conveyancing experience who is ready to take responsibility for a varied caseload with appropriate supervision. You will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • New build conveyancing (desirable but not essential)

You will manage files from instruction through to completion while working closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor
  • Previous residential conveyancing experience (from a training contract or equivalent role)
  • Experience assisting on or managing conveyancing files
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Good IT and case management system skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
