Renewals Manager

Senior Renewal Managers are **key members of the Customer Success organization** and **core to the retention strategy** here at **Onfido**. This is a **highly visible and high-impact role** where you will be instrumental in securing the long-term success of our strategic customer base.This is a **hybrid role** that requires you to be in our **London office 3 days per week**.**Experience:** **5+ years** of renewals management, sales, customer success, or customer-focused account management experience, preferably within an **Enterprise SaaS organization**.**Industry Knowledge:** Solid understanding of **Identity Verification**, Enterprise SaaS applications, or Enterprise Technology Services.**Communication:** Strong oral and written **English communication skills**.At Entrust, we don’t just offer jobs – we offer career journeys.
