About the Role
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering diverse and challenging projects, from small‑scale developments to large, multi‑building schemes. Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Civils Team on projects of varying scales.
- Design infrastructure solutions, including underground drainage systems and roads to adapt to standards.
- Liaise with statutory bodies like water companies, the Environment Agency, and local road departments.
- Utilise technical design tools such as AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and other relevant software.
- Maintain quality and consistency in technical outputs, including drawings and reports.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and excellence.
- Attend design and site meetings and conduct site inspections.
- Provide expert advice to clients, contractors, and colleagues, ensuring professional communication.
- Manage projects within agreed budgets and timelines.
You will have:
- A degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (chartership is an advantage).
- Strong technical design skills and proficiency in relevant software.
