Senior Vehicle Technician
£55,000 basic, OTE £60,000 + bonus Monday to Friday, flexible hours
We are working with a well-established automotive business in Chingford that is looking to bring in a Senior Vehicle Technician into a Warranty focused position
This is a strong earning opportunity with a £55,000 basic, plus bonus and incentives taking your earnings to around £50,000, all within a Monday to Friday set up, no weekends
This role is slightly different to a standard workshop position. You will be working on vehicles that require a higher level of attention, investigating faults, resolving issues properly and ensuring the end result is right for the customer
The work is a mix of diagnostic and mechanical, including jobs such as wet belts, clutches, engine related repairs and fault finding across cars and light commercial vehicles
The workshop itself is well equipped, clean and organised, with a small team on site. It is backed by a larger, stable business that looks after its staff and provides a steady flow of work without the usual pressures found in high volume environments
This position would suit a Senior Vehicle Technician who is confident working independently, enjoys problem solving and takes pride in completing jobs to a high standard rather than rushing volume work
