Camino Search seeks a Head of FP&A to lead strategic financial planning and performance management for a major infrastructure developer. This role will focus on capital expenditure (Capex) planning, advanced financial modelling, and long‑term forecasting to support large‑scale projects and investment decisions.

Salary: £150,000.00 – £200,000.00

Key Responsibilities

• Own the FP&A function, delivering accurate budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for infrastructure projects, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Lead Capex planning and monitoring, ensuring alignment with project timelines and funding strategies.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and investors on project economics, ROI, and risk.
• Partner with project teams to optimize resource allocation and financial outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, tools, and systems.

About You

• Proven experience in FP&A leadership within infrastructure, construction, or capital‑intensive sectors.
• Strong expertise in Capex management and advanced financial modelling.
• Skilled in long‑term forecasting, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at board level.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools; exposure to ERP systems preferred.
