A global digital infrastructure operator is scaling its European investment platform and is hiring a Senior Investment Associate to support large scale capital deployment across data centre developments, land strategies and portfolio growth.
This is not a pure deal execution role.
You will partner closely with a top tier global investor and senior leadership to help shape where and how millions in capital are deployed across Europe.
This role sits at the centre of a major European growth phase, within a business known for its exceptional culture, strong client base and long term growth strategy.
What you will be doing
- Building financial models for developments, expansions and portfolio investments
- Preparing investment materials for senior leadership and capital partners
- Working cross functionally with development, commercial, finance and operations teams
- Supporting portfolio performance tracking and long term growth planning
