Senior Resource Planning Manager

Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Resource Planning Manager to drive best-in-class resource planning and performance management across multiple operational areas. This senior leadership role focuses on using data to shape strategy, optimise operations, and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of 12–15 planning experts (Analysts & Managers)
• Own and deliver end-to-end resource planning cycles (forecasting, capacity, scheduling)
• Influence senior leaders & peers with data-driven insights and performance reporting
• Shape and deliver process improvements, governance forums, and strategic initiatives
• Deputise for the Head of Resource Planning & Insights

Qualifications

• An SME in resource planning, forecasting, and capacity modelling (1,000-4,000 FTE)
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders and presenting complex insights with impact
• Skilled at balancing strategy with hands-on leadership and coaching
• Confident driving operational efficiency and embedding new tooling & techniques
