Our biggest and longest lasting client has a new position that’s a brilliant opportunity for a Hard Services Compliance Manager or for a Technical Supervisor looking at their next career step. This role will be covering 2 sites with the scope of increasing to 3, which will then grow the role and offer progression. Overseeing a team of 2 engineers on one of the biggest retail contracts in the UK. You will also be required to deal with project works across the contract. This role will have an element of working from home and on site.
- Ensure client satisfaction levels are at a constantly high level, leading to development of the contract to increase the portfolio/contract responsibilities.
- Ensure contractual levels are obtained and superseded and an in depth knowledge of the contract is maintained and demonstrated on the internal monthly contractual review meetings with the senior management team.
- Ensure contractually agreed KPIs / SLAs are met.
- Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with the client on a weekly basis, or as required.
- Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders to ensure timely completion and close out, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary.
- Provide leadership and management to the site team as necessary.
- A proven track record in multi-site management.
- Experience of managing FM services within strict financial controls.
- Must have a technical qualification – electrical or mechanical
- Experience of working in a busy and challenging workplace / work environment.
- A professionally recognised FM qualification is preferable (e.g. BIFM).
- A professionally recognised H&S qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH).
