Mic helmores LLP invites an experienced Banking & Finance Managing Associate to join our Exeter or Bristol office on a hybrid basis. You will lead complex finance transactions, supervise junior lawyers, and manage client relationships while collaborating across the firm to deliver first‑class service.

The role requires at least 7 years’ pqe in banking and finance, with strong drafting, communication and business development skills, and a commercial, proactive approach.
