Overview

I’m hiring for 2 roles — one focused on enterprise clients, one across multiple SME brands. If you’ve built and owned CRM programmes for ecommerce brands and know Klaviyo inside out — this is worth a look.

The roles

Own a small number of high-value ecommerce clients (£10M+ revenue), leading CRM strategy and acting as a senior partner to stakeholders.

Role 2 – SME (10–12 clients)

Manage a broader portfolio of ecommerce brands in a fast-paced environment, leading delivery and mentoring junior team members.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning CRM and lifecycle strategy across email, SMS and automation
  • Working closely with clients to improve retention and revenue
  • Presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
  • Leading / mentoring CRM team members
  • Building and optimising campaigns, flows and segmentation in Klaviyo
  • Managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines

What they’re looking for

  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience (highly preferred)
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams
  • Confident in client-facing environments
  • Commercial mindset — understands how CRM drives revenue

This role is NOT for:

  • Pure strategy profiles with no hands-on experience
  • Campaign execs who haven’t owned CRM programmes
  • Have you directly managed a CRM programme for a D2C / ecommerce brand with £10M+ revenue?
  • How would you rate your hands-on Klaviyo (or Bloomreach) experience out of 10?
  • Have you managed a CRM team before?
