The Supporter Engagement Manager role is a pivotal position in the Public Fundraising team. The incumbent drives growth in our Individual Giving programme through acquisition and retention campaigns, shaping supporter cultivation strategies to increase cash and regular giving.
Key Relationships
Collaboration with the Head of Supporter Engagement, the Fundraising management team, the Fundraising Data Manager and the Community Engagement Manager.

About You
- Dedicated, organized, experienced Individual Giving specialist with proven supporter stewardship expertise.
- Proactive, hands‑on team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You will work within the 19‑member Income Generation and Communications team based at our Barnet hospice. Your fundraising will have a direct, positive impact on babies, children and families.
