You will lead the development of AI-driven software designed to replace decades-old legacy systems in local government. By building autonomous agents and durable workflows that handle complex planning research, you’ll help clear massive housing backlogs and ensure society gets the infrastructure it needs. This is a high-impact, product-focused founding role.

What You Will Do

• Build and ship new product features end-to-end, moving from concept to deployment with extreme urgency and full autonomy.
• Develop AI agents and durable workflows that gather evidence across thousands of sources to automate complex planning task validation.
• Work directly with local government users to iterate on product direction and ensure technical decisions solve real-world pain points.

The ideal candidate

• A product-minded full stack engineer with 3+ years of experience and a track record of shipping 0-to-1 products in startup environments.
• Expert-level proficiency with LLMs and AI agents, specifically in deploying them to production within complex or regulated enterprise settings.
• Possesses a founder mindset and takes pride in writing clean, reliable code that improves human workflows rather than just replacing them.
