Impactful School-Based Family Support Practitioner

School-Home Support seeks a Family Support Practitioner to be based at Trinity Academy in Brixton, London. This role focuses on improving educational outcomes for children and their families through targeted casework, collaboration with school staff, and engagement strategies.
