- Aspiring SEND Teacher will support autistic pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Deliver targeted interventions focused on communication, independence and emotional regulation
- Aspiring SEND Teacher will work closely with class teachers and multidisciplinary professionals
- Support pupils in achieving outcomes outlined within their EHCPs
- Help create a safe, engaging and highly structured learning environment
- Aspiring SEND Teacher applicants should hold a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading UK university
- Previous experience supporting children with Autism, SEND or additional needs is highly desirable
- A strong interest in SEND education and behaviour support is essential

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required
