We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team, supporting recruitment across the fast-paced FMCG sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume, commercially focused environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across FMCG roles, including sales, supply chain, operations, marketing, and head office functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct search
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best cultural and skills fit
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
About You
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Recruiter, ideally within FMCG or a fast-moving commercial environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confident sourcing and headhunting ability
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting
- Commercial mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach
