WE’RE HIRING – COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT DRIVERS (x2)

Location: Epping, EssexJob Type: Temp to PermPay Rate: £14.00 per hour (first 12 weeks)

We’re currently recruiting 2 experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Epping. This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term stability and a permanent position after 12 weeks!

Shifts Available:

• Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00
• Tuesday to Saturday: 06:00 – 15:00

Pay & Benefits:

• £14.00 per hour (initial 12 weeks)
• Permanent contract after 12 weeks
• £32,835 annual salary once permanent
• Includes £3,000 performance/attendance bonus (after probation)
• 45-hour working week
• 30-minute paid break

Duties Include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock within the warehouse
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
• Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date)
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work as part of a team
