Our client is a fast-growing commercial cleaning and support services provider operating across Northern Ireland. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Managers to oversee operations, lead their teams and maintain excellent service standards across multiple client sites.

Skills and Qualifications

• Staff management experience within the commercial cleaning sector.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites or cleaning contracts.
• Good leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident managing client relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial cleaning operations across multiple sites.
• Lead, manage and develop supervisors and cleaning teams.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and employee performance.
• Coordinate rotas, holidays, absences and staff cover.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Monitor service delivery and implement operational improvements.
• Complete all required reporting and compliance documentation.
• Support contract retention and the continued growth of the business.
