Group Health & Safety Manager
Are you a strategic Health & Safety leader ready to make a real impact? We’re partnering with a privately owned, market-leading food manufacturing business with a truly global reach. As the company continues to invest heavily in its operations, we’re now looking to appoint a Group Health & Safety Manager to shape and drive a long-term H&S strategy across the organisation.
Role
Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will:
- Lead the 5-year health & safety development plan, supporting continued investment across multiple UK sites
- Develop and implement consistent H&S standards, culture, and compliance across the group
- Work cross-functionally with site teams and senior leadership to ensure continuous improvement and risk mitigation
- Manage H&S across multiple UK manufacturing sites, with a base location in West Yorkshire
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior H&S role, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multi-site H&S operations
- A strategic mindset with the ability to implement group-wide initiatives
