Our client, a tier 1 bulge bracket investment bank, is actively hiring an M&A Associate to join their growing Industrials Advisory (mergers and acquisitions/ M&A) team in London.

Requirements for consideration

• Must have M&A experience gained at another investment bank (ideally in London).
• Completed sell-side M&A transaction experience (ideally 3+ years in M&A).
• Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
• Excellent Financial modelling and analytical abilities.
• High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.

The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately deal execution focused.
