We’re hiring a Talent Community Executive to build and own a specialist network within Software Development or GTM.
This isn’t a volume recruitment role. It’s about building a credible, trusted talent community that startups want access to.
What you’ll do
- Build and grow a high-quality network in your vertical
- Proactively source and engage strong candidates
- Develop long-term relationships, not just fill roles
- Partner with founders and hiring managers
- Create niche specific assets
- Use data and feedback to refine how we attract talent
You’ll have real autonomy in how you build your network: content, events, partnerships, social, whatever works.
What we’re looking for
- You have some experience recruiting either Developer or GTM roles
- Strong sourcing and headhunting ability
- Confidence engaging senior candidates
- Ownership mentality
- Interest in startups and the tech ecosystem
- Clear, structured communication
You don’t need to have “built a community” before, but you do need to understand what great looks like in your niche.
