We are seeking a qualified lead engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
- Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
- Computer literate
- Client facing skills to communicate with the client
- Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance.
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to 48,000
- Training Provided
- Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Large amounts of Overtime Available
Requirements:
- Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
- Previous experience as a time-served lead or supervisor.
- 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment.
- Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.
- Paying up to 48,000 P/A & other company related benefits.
