Associate, Investment Specialist

The Associate, Investment Specialist will work with the Evergreen Investment Specialist team to drive the growth of HarbourVest’s evergreen solutions globally. HarbourVest’s evergreen solutions include private markets commingled vehicles and separate account opportunities, targeted at private wealth and institutional investors. Responsibilities include the creation, maintenance, and delivery of ongoing and ad hoc fundraising support material, partnership with the Private Wealth and Investor Relations teams to facilitate new business wins, competitor intelligence, performance commentary, and other ongoing and project-based work needed to successfully launch, sell, and run a wide range of evergreen solutions. The Associate will work closely with Evergreen Investment Specialists, Evergreen Portfolio Management, and distribution teams to synthesise data and insights into high quality, client ready materials that support fundraising, governance, and strategic decision making.**The ideal candidate is someone who is:**Excellent leadership skills and an eagerness to collaborate with fellow HarbourVest Investment and Investor Relations professionals. An ability to be forward-thinking and work without a playbook. Strong written skills. Capacity to balance multiple tasks with minimal direct supervision, strong organisational skills, and superb attention to detail Knowledge of the investment process.
