The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Senior Civil Engineer to take a leading role within a dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects from concept through to completion
- Manage project teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary design professionals
- Oversee the production of technical drawings, reports, and calculations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and external authorities
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline)
- Significant experience within the building and construction sector
- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering design
- Proven experience in project management and team leadershipAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Chartered status (or working towards) is desirable
